The Tangent Rural Fire District is responsible for the continued training and educational development for all Firefighters, Fire Officers and Emergency Medical Service personnel.

To fulfill these requirements, the Training Officer and his/her delegates are dedicated to creating and providing quality training programs that reflect the needs and changing responsibilities of the Tangent Rural Fire District

All training is focused on providing and maintaining the highest quality emergency service at both fire and medical responses to the people of the City of Tangent and its surrounding District.
